FCCI CHINESE VISA FACILITATION

REQUISITE DOCUMENTS FOR CHINESE VISA
1. Consecutive Two Years Valid FCCI Membership
2. Application / Request Letter in favor of the FCCI
3. Invitation Letter duly issued by Chinese Company. Invitation must contain;
➢ Information of the applicant (Full Name, Gender, DOB etc.)
➢ Purpose of visit, arrival / departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relation between
applicant and inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures
➢ Complete info of inviting entity (name, contact telephone/ fax, address, official stamp, signatures etc)
➢ Chinese Company License Copy & verified from Chinese concerned department
4. COVID- Fully Vaccinated Certificate (Chinese-made COVID-19 vaccine)
5. Request / Supporting letter from the Company in favor of Chinese Embassy
6. Undertaking on attested by oath Commissioner Stamp Paper PKR. 100/- Prescribed by FCCI
7. China Visa Application Online Form
8. Copy of Passport (with minimum validity 6-Months)
9. Copy of Last Chinese Visa (if applicable)
10. Last 6 Month Bank Statement with Bank Maintenance letter (Company / Personal)
11. Form 29, Partnership deed etc (if applicable)
12. Copy of FCCI membership Certificate 2023-24
13. 2 Photographs with white background (48x33 mm)
14. NTN copy (Company / Personal)
15. Last three Years Income Tax Return (Company / Personal)
16. Copy of CNIC
17. Round-trip- air ticket and hotel booking (applicable for issuance of first visa)
18. Police Character Certificate duly attested by MOFA (Applicable for issuance of first visa China)
