All the Bid documents are to be submitted through online only and in the designated covers/envelopes

on the above website. Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in their designated online
covers. Bids shall be accepted only through online mode in the website and no manual submission
shall be entertained.

The scanned copy of tender agreement and bid form as per Sample Form-A and C respectively of
Section-4 of Pre-Qualification Bid, executed in Government stamp paper worth Rs.200/- are to be
attached along with the bid. The Pre-qualification bids shall be opened online at the office of the
Deputy Chief Engineer with full powers of Chief Engineer, TransGrid (North) on the date and time
mentioned above by the Deputy Chief Engineer with full powers of Chief Engineer, TransGrid
(Norttr).All other existing conditions related to the bids of KSEBL will be applicable in this bid also.

Originals of all Agreements in stamp paper worth Rs.200/- & bid form shall be submitted to the
Deputy Chief Engineer with full powers of Chief Engineer, TransGrid (North) in a single sealed
envelope super scribed as E- Tender No. 01/DCE/ TGN/2018-19 due on 19.05.2018, 5 PM before
the date of opening of Pre-qualification bid.

All bidders participating in the Bid should have a valid Digital Signature Certificate availed of from
