JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

WE, Agapito Sapalasan and Erlinda Teves, both of legal ages, and with
postal address at Zapote, Bacoor Cavite, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1.That we have been legally married to each other on May

10, 2002 at a wedding ceremony solemnized by Hon.
Gertrudes Ocampo in Bacoor Cavite. A copy of our marriage
certificate is attached hereto and made an integral part of
this affidavit.

2.That prior to our marriage and outside of wedlock, a child,

named Aprilyn Teves, was conceived and born on 9 April
1990 at Zapote, Bacoor Cavite.

3.That at the time of the conception of said child, we were

not disqualified by any impediment to marry each other,
and, therefore, by virtue of our subsequent marriage, the
said child is now legitimated by operation of law, particularly
Article 177 of the Family Code.

4.That we execute this affidavit to declare the truth of the

foregoing facts.

5. That I am executing this Undertaking to attest to the truth

of the foregoing facts for record and references purposes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereby sign this affidavit this 28 th day of
