DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is entered into by and between:

legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of

hereinafter referred to as the DONORS;

__________________________________, likewise of
legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of

hereinafter referred to as the DONEES;

WITNESSETH:

That the DONORS are the registered owners in Fee simple

and the possessors of the parcel of land located at
________________________________________________, their title thereto
being evidence by Transfer Certificate of Title No. __________ of the
Registry of Deeds for the City of Manila, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:

That for and in consideration of the LOVE and AFFECTION

which the DONEES inspire in the DONORS and as an act of
liberality and generosity, the DONORS hereby voluntarily and
freely gives, transfers and conveys, by way of DONATION to the
said DONEES, their heirs, successors and assigns, the above
described parcel of land and its improvements free from all liens,
encumbrances and charges of whatever kind and nature; that the
DONEES are the grandchildren of herein DONORS.

That the DONORS affirm that this donation is not made with
intent to defraud their creditors, and that they have sufficient
funds and property reserved for themselves and their obligations;

That herein DONEES received and accepted this gift and

donation made in their favor by the DONOR and hereby expresses
their appreciation and gratefulness for the kind and generosity of
the DONORS.
