Nephelometry

 Measures the amount of light scattered by suspending particles.


 Has greater precision than turbidimetry
 The light scattered by small particles in the solution is measured at right angle to the beam
incident to the cuvette.
 The amount of light scattered is related to the number and size in the light beam

Flourometry

 Measures analyte which have the ability to absorb light of lower wavelength and transmit it at a
higher (visible) wavelength.
 the ability is called flourescence.
