Digital Poster Making Contest

General Guidelines:

1. The online poster-making contest is open for all Chemical and Civil Engineering students of

Adamson University.

2. All interested participants must submit a pre-registration form and pay the registration fee on or

before January 19, 2019.

3. Incomplete or late registration is a ground for disqualification.

4. Each participant is limited to one (1) digital poster entry only.

5. Participants are allowed to use any editing software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, Paint, Etc.

6. The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme of the event AMELIORATE:

Vincentian Movement towards Health and Environmental Sustainability.

7. All entries should contain new and unique design ideas never before seen in any broadcast,

print, or online media; has never been used in any contest whether in part or whole; and must

not have any copyright violation, pornographic, vulgar, racist, or obscene content.

8. The participants will be accountable to any issue that may arise with regards to originality and

authenticity of the design.

9. The submitted poster must be 8.5x11inches in size and can either be in a portrait or landscape

orientation.

10. Submission of the entries will start on January 8, 2019 and end by January 13, 2019. Posting of

entries and online voting will start on January 14, 2019 and counting of votes will be on January

19, 2019.

12. All posters will be evaluated according to the criteria given:

  Relevance to the theme 30%

 Originality 20%

 Creativity 30%

 Online voting 20%

13. Cash prizes will be given to the winners depending on their respective awards.

14. Non-winning entries shall receive a certificate of participation.
