Dramatically Reduces Static Electricity and Lint Buildup
Our Anti-Static Premium Belting is made with real silver plated yarn. This reduces static electricity on the folder or
feeder that can cause problems with the linen process. The charge created in the webbing when the machine is
running will be lead away through the machine rollers by the silver plated yarn. The rollers are connected with the
base of the machine and the static electricity will then be transported away through the grounded machine. The
silver plated yarn can help to unload the static electricity when the laundry is highly charged with static.

charge to help repel and control static.

Shown below is a general list. The sizes are accurate, but the covers can also be attached with clipper lacing if the ironer has

rolls. Customers will require a 314 or N55 pad, which is slightly thinner, for ironers that have good to excellent spring play

Industrial Laundry Bags and Net Markers

Our Industrial Laundry Bags and Net Markers are made strong
and built to handle heavy loads. They are constructed of a 100%
polyester net mesh. The polyester mesh has a standard hole size
and is made to withstand industrial wash and dry process. The bags
can be used for both wet and dry loads. Colors are heat set to
prevent from bleeding or fading.
Each bag or marker comes with either a nylon drawstring and a 3” pin n or
a plain tie nylon string. The colors we have available are: white, red, blue,
green, yellow and black. These color choices can be found below. Most ost
of our common sizes are also listed below. Custom sizes and designs are White and Black

Here at CIC we carry custom laundry sling bags manufactured to each customer’s specific needs. Our sling bags are made
of a heavy-duty 420 Dennier Nylon. We have a wide variety of colors to choose from (see next page). You can also add your
company’s logo to the front of the sling. When you’re ready to order, give us a call and one of our friendly sales staff will guide
you through the design and measuring process. Please refer to the diagram below before ordering, which shows you all of the
dimensions we require to make your sling correctly. We take pride in producing the exact industrial sling bag you need!

How To Measure and Order Your Belts

It is very important to properly measure your belts in an effort to make the exact sizes that you need. To do this, measure the
belt on a flat surface to take out any wrinkles or bends. Using a tape measure, measure the belt from end to end, not including
any lacing. When measuring Cotton belts make sure to subtract for stretching. Please use these figures when doing so:
a) 0 - 48” belts, subtract 1/4 - 1/2”, b) 48 - 100” belts, subtract 1/2 - 3/4”, c) 100 - 180” belts, subtract 3/4 - 1” and 180”+ belts,
subtract 1 - 1 1/4”.
After you have the measurements of the belts you need, follow these next steps:
1. Figure out the quantity of the belts you need.
2. Select the appropriate belting material, based on the machine the belts are going on and the usage/purpose.
3. Choose what kind of lacing or attachment style you need for the belts.
