 How to add HDB DB to Eclipse in HANA Modeling perspective

Go to HANA Modeler perspective as shown below

Window  Perspective  Open Perspective 

Once you are in Model perspective, Add system as shown below
Enter user ID credentials. Once entered, Finish button will be enabled. Then click on Finish.
 How to add S/4 HANA system to Eclipse.

Create ABAP project to create ABAP artifacts.

Add S/4 HANA box details to SAP Logon Pad.

Go to ABAP perspective as shown above

Select R4E system as shown below and click on Next.

App server and instance details are auto populated from Logon pad. Leave defaults and click on Next
button.
Enter Logon credentials in next screen and click on Finish button.
