Terms & Conditions
Prices quoted are firm and valid for 30 days from date of offer. After this period a re-confirmation from our office should be taken.
Taxes: @ 4% extra and 12.36 % Extra as service tax on Installation amount all India basis. But any such taxes as may be levied/increased in future by the
Govt. Through statutory notification shall be payable by customer. Any such rules at time of supply shall become applicable.
Price Basic: Ex – Works
Freight & insurance: Extra.
Installation: Extra as per model & make. (Final price will depend based on the site survey and drawings and location)
Payment terms 90% of system supply cost as advance along with the order.
05% of system supply cost against presentation of despatch documents
05% of system supply cost against Installation & Commissioning.
Octroi & Works Contract tax: Extra if applicable to your account
Delivery: 4-6 weeks from the date of technically and commercially clear order andsite clearance whichever is later.
Force Majeure clause : This quotation as well as the resulting contract is subject to the standard force majeure condition.
Guarantee: 12 months from the date of completion of delivery / installation whichever is earlier? 10 Years performance Guarantee for the solar modules
from the date of supply/ Installation whichever is earlier. (Glass pane is excluded.)
Installation and Civil work will be extra (at actual).
Electrical wiring for the lighting will be charged extra on running meter basis for actual at rate of Rs. 75/Rmt.
Any Civil works to be done at site, grouting of the collector stand and tank stand will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Our foundation details are given
above in specifications. Thus extra work, leveling of ground, filling of trenches etc. are extra.
Structural works by us will be limited to provision of supports for collectors and support for Solar Panels. Any catwalk structure, elevation of collectors, I-
beams for SPV is payable extra. The roof is assumed capable of taking the load of collectors viz. Given earlier i.e.0.025 kgs/cm2. Structural work if done by us
will be charged extra at the rate of Rs. 30/- per kg which excludes the materials, etch primer coating, enamel paint. Or Rs. 90/- per kg which included the
materials, epoxy finish coating and labour.
Note: Above quote prices are subject to change without prior notice. The above mentioned price of both system and accessories and labour may vary from
location to location and region to region. The key factors to name a few could be site location, distance of site, height of site, localised material availability
status, localised labour availability etc. Even price may vary despite having quoted above, hence price should be taken for reference only and finalised only
after verification of prices at your locality.
Hence please demand a Proforma invoice to know the exact final price/cost of the above selected product after site evaluation prior to your finalisation.
