Corolla Model 2018, was snatched by the culprit in
aforesaid case and same has been recovered and the
applicant request to hand over the said Car on the
suprdarinama.

court may kindly be and graciously be pleased to
allow the application and pass an order by
directing SHO the Police station Aziz Bhatti
Karachi to hand over the Car on the suprdirinama

I, Mr Jawaid Akhtar Channa,Muslim Adult, Resident
of 225/01 block 06 gulshan e iqbal Karachi the
Applicant do solemnly affirm and say as follows:

1. That I am owner of Car No Bny-18-049

2. That my above vehicle was stolen on 14-03-2022

and an FIR No.213/22 dated was lodged at Aziz
Bhatti Police Station.

3. That my above car has been Recovered by Police

from the thief and presently is under custody of
Police.

4That content of memo of application may treat as

part of this affidavit and may read as such .

5. That I say that unless accompanying application

is granted and I shall be seriously prejudiced and
suffer an irreparable loss.
