encoding of the typewritten Certificate of Registration into the computerized
system. Attached herewith is a copy of the old typewritten Certificate of
Registration;

4. Thus, I am applying for correction of the typographical errors in the Certificate

of Registration. The correction is not intended for any illegal or unlawful purpose
but solely due to the foregoing reason;

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and in support
of the application to correct the typographical errors in the Certificate of
Registration of the above-described motor vehicle.
