Course Description
The S enior P rofessional H uman R esource I nter-
national is a competency –based certification that
Validates a senior professional level of HR mas-
tery, recognizing the knowledge and skills of the
HR practitioner across a broad area of technical
and strategic HR principles, specifically, strategy,
leadership, talent management, service delivery
and measurement. The program utilizes univer-
sal HR concepts that are applicable across diverse
cultures, countries and regions, and
prepares the HR professional with 4 to 7 years
of experience with the necessary tools in
preparation for the SPHRi certification
examination. This course is also an effective
review program that demon-strates the role of
HR as a Strategic power, its crit-ical relationship
with the core functional areas of the
organization ,the department and retention of
organizational talent , and, the importance of
HR integration from both a service delivery
concept as well as an change agent in support of
business execution and organizational success.

total rewards, Remuneration and global competitive-

• TÜV Middle East Certificate will be issued to all attendees.
• Course Fee mentioned is per delegate.
• Courses will be conducted during the designated dates at a 4
star or 5 star hotel in the designated city.
• Payments to be made in advance. Exact venue of the training
will be notified two weeks prior to course start date.
• This rate includes course notes, buffet lunch, coffee/ tea on ar-
rival, morning and afternoon of each day.
• Accommodation is not included in course fees. However, any
accommodation required can be arranged by TÜV Middle
