Chemistry:
1) Organic Chemistry
- It covers more than 25 marks out of total 70 marks in the exam
- Out of the three 5 mark questions, one is always from organic chemistry
- Nomenclature : 2 Marks
- Distinguishing test : 2 marks
- Mechanism : 3 marks
- Naming reaction : 3 marks

Step 1: Go through NCERT thoroughly


Step 2: Highlight the important points
Step 3: Make Notes
Step 4: Make flash cards and flow charts for reactions (Important)

2)Physical Chemistry
- Numericals of 3 marks each from solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics
- There will be quesitons on :
* Distinguish b/w two things ( question always asked from surface chemistry)
* Difference b/w lyophillic and lyophobic
* Difference b/w physical absorption and chemical absorption
* Enzymes and catalyst

3)Inorganic Chemistry
Step 1: Go through my notes
(NCERT of inorganic chem is good , its your choice, I never read the NCERT for inorganic)
Step 2: NCERT questions.
Step 3: Solve as many previous year question papers as possible for the reasoning
problem( quesions are repeated).

Co-ordination compounds : Questions might be asked on Nomenclature, Isomerism and


Valence Bond Theory
