a) Update the corporate data base: Doyle Gant will send MGA membership list updates to Ashley ???

i. Scott Petit will send event reminders content to Rob Kinard who will use the Fore Tees site to
email members
ii. Scott Petit will send content to Rob Kinard for inclusion in the Turf Talk email

 Ideas to promote Events

a) Contact 2018 members who have not joined in 2019
b) Email event reminders
c) Place event photos and winner data in Woodside magazine

 Timely posting of event winners

Rob Kinard will forward results to Jack Baum and he will email them to members.

Kick Off Scramble

 Rob has posted the event sign up on Fore Tees.
 Hal has created a poster for the pro-shop and men’s locker room.
 Scott and Rob will email event reminder to club members
 Bob Weber will review the event check list.
