A goal is what the business aims to achieve, and is usually based on the businesses
vision and mission. It is the purpose of the business. Usually goals are broad ranging
and continuous or long term. For example, a business might aim to become financially

6. What methods do you use to organise your time and work more efficiently?

Use effective time management techniques for example using a diary, or planner. It is
important to avoid procrastination and focus on your work. It is also necessary to
prioritise your workload and divide tasks into urgent and not urgent. A to do list can
also be helpful.

My goals in the future it is to open my own shop to provide massage based on the
experience i am currently gaining. They are not the same as the jobs as i want to
establish my own shop. My goal is also to learn new massage techniques.

4. Can you negotiate them with the boss so they become the same targets?

Yes I can discuss ideas with my boss, we can ask for training in order to learn a new
technique every 3 months to help staff and so that the shop can develop a better
service for clients provide them with greater satisfaction, so this is the same as my
goal.
