Pamantasan NG Lungsod NG Maynila: University of The City of Manila

Engr. Milagros R. Cabangon is applying for early retirement from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila effective August 1, 2019 after almost 40 years of service. She has decided it is time to retire and spend more time with family and her church ministry. She thanks the administration for the opportunities during her time at the university, particularly in the College of Engineering and Technology which she considered like a second family. After taking some time off, she offers to serve as a part-time faculty member in the Chemical Engineering Department.

May I respectfully apply for an early retirement effective August 1, 2019. It is with a heavy
heart that I have to leave Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila which I have been part for almost
forty (40) years but I have decided that the time has come for me to start my retirement and spend
more time with my family and church ministry.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Administration for all the opportunities I
have had with Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila particularly in the College of Engineering and
Technology. It has been a remarkable experience and I have enjoyed the time spent working with
colleagues in the college which I considered as my second family.
After taking some time off, I would be more than willing to offer my service as a Part-time
Faculty Member of the College of Engineering and Technology under the Chemical Engineering
Department.
