significant effect on the residents of Lamitan, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office –
Small Town Lottery (PCSO-STL) in collaboration with ZIAN Gaming Inc, thru Junior
Chamber International – Lamitan (JCI-Lamitan), will be hosting a MEDICAL, DENTAL,
and OPTICAL MISSION with its theme “Mission de Esperanza: Buen Salud para de Todo”
scheduled on March 18, 2023 (Saturday) at the covered court of Brgy. Calugusan, Lamitan City,
Basilan. This outreach program wishes to accommodate the constituents of Barangay Calugusan,
Barangay Balas, and Barangay Luksumbang of any age, sex, and ethnicity, and hence to be the
target beneficiaries.

In this connection, we are humbly requesting the full support of your team to work with
us in conducting the activity mentioned above. We are expecting to see (numbers of recipients)
