1. Building a strong community and alumni relations program which will involve planning and
organizing events every year like homecoming, conferences, lifelong learning events.
2. Strengthen relationships with the alumni, promote, advertise and market the programs of the
school.

Operational Strategies:
1. Provide marketing tools to let the community know of the available provision for
efficient, effective and relevant academic programs to respond to the needs of the
community as a powerhouse of professionals.
2. Bring to the community school initiated community development programs and
participate actively in the community and civic programs initiated by government
agencies and the NGOs.
3. Keep a competitive edge in terms of employability of our graduates, who carry the
badge of catholic, quality education.
4. As the best personification of the school, the Alumni must stand out as exemplary of
the values the school propagates in their practice of profession.
5. Develop and strengthen school’s profile and relationship with the media.

GOAL 2 To Establish an endowment program for priority projects of the school.

Operational Strategies:

1. Strengthen Alumni Association communications and benefits


2. Re-design and redefine the website of the school as a primary marketing and
recruiting tool for prospective students, and effectively entice graduates to support
their Alma Mater.
3. Develop an efficient feedback mechanism for donations and other school bulletin.
4. Popularize the school, its Vision, Mission and Goals through social Media for
possible enlistment in the endowment program.

GOAL 3 To celebrate meaningful events with all stakeholders of the school and symbolically
Document participation through a commemorative accord, a symbolic pledge of financial
contribution to a particular school project.

Operational Strategies:

1. Build an updated registry of stakeholders more particularly the Alumni and Industry
partners and their addresses.
2. Keep the stakeholders updated with events about the school through social media
publications and other forms of publicity.
3. Engage in reaching out to the stakeholders for their participation in special events
and acknowledge the same.
4. Identify and define meaningful projects for a commemorative accord.

GOAL 4 To tie up with alumni based across the boarders or in the international scene for joint
training programs, orientation programs, and job placement programs.

Operational Strategies

1. Identify areas outside the country where alumni population warrants organization
of an alumni association in case there is no existing one.
2. Strengthen relations with alumni associations abroad and establish regular
communication with the associations.
3. Create a pool of qualified graduates who are interested to work abroad and may be
assisted by the alumni in i
