*The 1.5 inches are for the waistband and hem allowance

*** Please note: the width of your fabric may restrict you from the length you desire, so you
may have to make some adjustments. For example, my desired length was 44 inches,
however because I used 45-inch width fabric I was only able to achieve a length of 42
inches. I ended up cutting my pattern piece by 2 inches, at the hem, so that it would fit on
my fabric.

Waist Band Measurements

Width

Desired Final Width 1.5 in. 2 in. 3 in.

Pattern Width 4 in. 5 in. 7 in.

Length

Step 1: Measure around your navel (belly button) and 2 inches.

* The 2 inches is for 1 inch of ease and zipper seam allowance
