Bosnian-Austrian Security Services (BA-SS) is a Bosnian
Registered Specialist Security Company comprised of a core
team of Bosnian and Balkans region Security experts with
many years of combined experience in the specialist
security sector. The core team have operated in hostile
environments worldwide including Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa,
South America and Europe-Wide in both an advisory
capacity and as on the ground operators.

 Risk Assessment
and Consultation
BA-SS utilises the operational expertise of highly experienced
consultants to provide detailed and concise threat assessments for
every task we undertake. All of our Consultants are sources of critical
information and advice obtained from many years of hands-on
experience in hostile environments
The successful management of risk to your operations is an ever
evolving process - situations on the ground are constantly changing
and developing. Only through continuous, detailed analysis of your
objectives and requirements, the intelligence we gather and the risks
associated, can we offer a comprehensive security solution.
We provide detailed planning and consultation Services to reduce the
risks involved in travelling to and from planned meetings and securing
the properties involved in your enterprises.

 Risk Management
BA-SS is prepared to manage all your security requirements
from pre-deployment of personnel and equipment to
managing all movements of clients and/or logistics in theatre.
The BA-SS team has extensive experience in working in Hostile
environments around the world and through this experience
have gathered a large database of contacts worldwide to be
able to gather facts and intelligence in many of the worlds
hot-spots.
All aspects of your security requirements are within the remit
of BA-SS with the provision of Daily/weekly/monthly
situation/intelligence and incident reports to keep you
updated with the on-going security operation covering your
business.

 Close Protection Teams
BA-SS can provide highly trained PSD (Private Security Detail)
teams with experience in escorting VIP’s in Iraq and
Afghanistan in either a Low Profile move using Armoured B6
SUV’s or a Low Profile Move using Armoured B6 Saloons.
Teams can effectively interchange from between two car
movements to four car movements depending on the level of
security required.
All BA-SS personnel have the ability to work as Team Leader or
Team Member and drivers have undergone specialist
Armoured Vehicle driving courses. Each team includes a fully
trained Medic who also doubles as a security operator.

 Close Protection Teams
BA-SS Personnel are also able to work as PPO’s (Personal
Protection Officer) in either a low profile setting (casual clothes)
or high profile Setting (Suit and tie) depending on client
requirements.
All personnel have undergone an internationally recognised
Body Guard Training Course and are proficient in the use of
firearms.

 Project Management
BA-SS can equip and manage an operations room overseeing/monitoring
all aspects of the security blanket covering your business operations. The
provision of Spot maps/Report Lines/Safe Harbors and secure fuel stops
mitigate the risks possibly encountered on road movements in your daily
business activities.
The operations team will oversee and manage everything to do with the
secure running of operations from the monitoring of CCTV and static
security guard movements at your company locations, road movements
with alternate routes and the gathering and dissemination of intelligence.
A centrally located Operations room is essential in the successful running
of a security operation. BA-SS personnel have years of experience of
successfully running Operations rooms in Iraq and Afghanistan with
minimal loss of life or property in theatres with the threat of constant
attack from well trained and equipped insurgents.

 Hostile Environment
Training
BA-SS in partnership with TTT (Tactical Training Team)
Belgrade provide a intensive training package at our
comprehensive training facility Nr Belgrade, Serbia. A
dedicated team of instructors with many years of experience
in working in hostile environments can provide a tailored
course utilising small/medium sized weapons and explosives
to instruct Clients in the potential dangers in working in the
worlds hot-spots and how to mitigate the risks that might be
encountered.

 Recruitment
and Training
BA-SS has ongoing projects providing trained Personnel to
work in the Middle East and Afghanistan for Private
companies. All of the personnel we recruit are trained and
conditioned to work for long periods abroad in both hostile
and non hostile environments.

All recruits are screened and Security vetted by BA-SS prior to

deployment as per Client requirements. The majority of our
recruits have previous experience in either the Middle East,
Afghanistan or other Hostile environments.

BA-SS management can provide all the equipment required to
successfully run a security operation tailored to your security
requirements. Through contacts and partners worldwide we can
supply sensitive items (with the provision of legal licenses)
including:

• Armored Vehicles (SUV + Saloons)

• Communications (VHF, Sat Phones, V/Sat Internet)
