He is the Executive Director and a share
holder with 15 years experience in
the disciplined forces (Kenya Air Force)
where he rose through the officer’s
cadre to the rank of Major. He has also
attended courses and gained valuable
experience in general security, aviation
security, counterterrorism e.t.c which
is essential in understanding and tackling
the common security challenges
encountered in the day to day operations. Maj (Rtd) M.R Sawe during a
presidential parade.
He holds a higher National diploma HND
in sports and sports management from the International Sports Academy (INSA) ,
GERMANY. He has vast experience in fraud and private investigation..His aviation
background as a Airline Pilot has seen him traverse the universe gaining a lot of
exposure thereby equipping him with immense experience and knowledge in
matters security.

CPA Irene J. Rono

She is a Director and a Shareholder
who holds an MBA (Finance) from UON,
a Bachelor of Education (Arts) Degree
from Kenyatta University.
She is also a CPA (K) holder
and a member of ICPAK.

Investigation at the Kenya School Of Government. She has 18 years’
experience working in both public and private Institutions.

Captain Joseph Lenangetai is a serving pilot and a retired Officer having

served in the Kenya Air Force for over 10 years rising up to the rank of
Captain.

He has also attended several security courses i.e. Aviation security and
anti terrorism.

He is a share holder and the Director in charge of Operations at the

company.

Patrol Dogs
To meet the increased demand for patrol and guard dogs, MICROSA
Security Services Ltd has invested extensively and continues to grow
its K9 unit. We provide a multifaceted response to a diverse client
base. 

MICROSA Security Services Ltd uses several recognized breeds of

patrol and security dogs including German Shepherds, and
Rottweiler's.

Our dog teams are trained by a former Kenya police K9 trainer with
over 20 years of experience in all aspects of detection and protection
training.

Our dogs are carefully selected for their intelligence, strength, acute
sense of smell endurance and viciousness.

This state-of-the-art control center is at the forefront of CCTV
technology, supporting Static Officers and Mobile Patrols in the field,
keeping check on lone Workers in isolated and often demanding
workplaces – indoors and outdoors. In readiness for any eventuality, they
are just a phone call away from our most senior managers, ready to
spring to action.

Remote Monitoring
As well as placing personnel on site, MICROSA Security Services Ltd
employs the latest technology, installing event-activated monitoring
devices. Triggered by a number of discreet sensors, intruders will be
immediately picked up on camera and monitored by our CCTV experts at
our Remote Monitoring Centre.

In addition to recording of images, we will sweep into action with a

precise course of action – contacting our client by phone, dispatching our

quality fire equipment for your premises. The warranty of the
equipment is 1 year from the date of installation. We work
