Three Angels’ Messages – Study 1

Rev. 14:6-7 The message of the first angel is “The judgment is come.” The
investigative judgment began on October
22, 1844.

Rev.22:11 When God is finished examining the books of record to

determine who has accepted Jesus as their Savior FROM (not IN) sin,
it’s all over but the shouting: Trumpet call, voice of God raising the
dead, angels filling the skies & all that wonderful (for the saved)
end-of-the-world scenario.

Rev. 14:8 The message of the second angel is “Babylon is fallen.”

Babylon represents churches and organizations that have rebelled against God and His law
(see Rev. 17:5; Gen. 11: 1-9; Isa. 14:4, 22).

Rev. 18:2, 4 We are to call people OUT OF BABYLON so that they do not have to partake of the seven
last plagues.

Rev. 14:9-12 The message of the third angel is a description of what happens to
those who receive the mark of the beast contrasted with the saints
who keep God’s law.

Rev 12:17 If you don’t receive the mark of the beast, you are God’s child and
Satan hates you. Not to worry–see Psalm 91 Psalm 46, Rev.
3:10.

Dan. 3:1, 6 Worshiping Nebuchadnezzar’s statue was an acknowledgment of

Nebuchadnezzar’s authority over that of God’s (Ex. 20:4, 5). That’s
why Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego wouldn’t worship it.

Ex. 20:8:11 Worshiping on Sunday is an acknowledgment of the papacy’s

authority over that of God’s (Mt. 15:8, 9). Therefore, we worship
on
the day God has declared is holy, the 7th day. If we love God and
the people for whom He died, we must give the message of the 3rd
angel.

John 14:15 Truly loving Jesus means trusting Him enough to live our lives His
way. So the third angel’s message is really another expression of
Justification by Faith.

Rev.10:11 The whole chapter of Revelation 10 describes the

disappointment of October 22, 1844, when the Millerites
thought Jesus was coming to the earth. God prophesied
that they would misunderstand the event– though they hit
the date correctly– and He commands us that we MUST
prophesy again. Our message is to declare what really
happened in 1844: the onset of the first angel’s message,
followed by the unparalleled urgency of the second and
third angel’s messages.
