Greetings of peace!

I respectfully submit my application to serve as member of the Bangsamoro

Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim
Mindanao (BARMM).
I am a native of Mindanao and has always been committed in serving the
Bangsamoro people. I started working for the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in
the year 2005 as an Acting Director IV of the Department of Transportation and
Communications - ARMM. In 2008, I was designated as Assistant Regional Secretary for
Special Concerns of the same agency before serving as the Regional Director (Chief
Communications Development Officer) of the Regional Telecommunications Commission -
ARMM in the years 2013 up to present.
I finished Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Notre Dame University in
the year 2009 and subsequently took up Masters in Public Administration in Islamic
Management at the Regional Madrasah Graduate Academy. In 2012, I successfully
completed my Doctor of Philosophy in Rural Development degree at the University of
Southern Mindanao. In addition, I was able to obtain a Civil Service Eligibility in the year
2002.
