Fluorochrome Characteristics for Cytometry

This table provides information on the characteristics of various fluorochromes used for flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy, including their excitation and emission wavelengths. It lists probes such as fluorescein, rhodamine, phycoerythrin (PE), Alexa Fluor dyes, and Cy dyes along with their peak excitation/emission wavelengths and molecular weights. Notes are also provided about reactive groups and quantum yields for some of the dyes.
