Young Mathematicians reap awards in the Division M.I.

Hyacinth Dejasco (IV- Curie) earned 1st place followed by Kate Gellangarin and Anjelo Jurquina
both from IV- Einstein, in SSC Individual Category. For the Regular Class Individual, Johanna Fuentes (IV-
Gates) ranked 1st place while Christian Almalbis (IV-Gates) and Louie Dalmacio (IV- Alexandrite) ranked
2nd and 3rd, respectively during the Capiz Division Mathematical Investigation Contest held in Capiz
National High School, November 21.

On SSC Team Category, Emma Ordona, Hillary Castillo, Jan Raya Hufanda, and Kaye Antioquia of
IV- Einstein garnered 1st place followed by Kyle De Matias, Maxine Gasis, and Ernest Calara (Grade VII-
Linnaeus) in the 2nd place, Alado’s Group from Cabugcabug NHS earned 3 rd Place.

For the Regular Class- Team Category, Tiffany Balderama, Irene Pearl Luna and Lyka So earned 1 st
Place followed by Hystyl Dacles, Patricia Antioquia, Coleen Quejada in the 2 nd place and Eriane Lorenzo,
Deborah Barrietos, Dexter Diaz in the 3rd place. The said studies were from IV- Gates.

These students will represent the Capiz Division in the Regional Mathematical Investigation
Contest that will be held in Iloilo City this Jan. 28-30, 2015.
