Personal Reflection

During this school year, I have learned many things that have helped me gain insight and

knowledge of my future interests. This year I took AP Chemistry and it has been very beneficial

for me because of I want a career in the chemistry field. I still want to pursue a career in this field

because science has also been my favorite subject in school and it still is. I want to have a career

within the science field. Some skills that are integral for my career interest are knowing the ba-

sics of chemistry such as chemical compounds and equations, ions and cations, electron configu-

ration, and knowing the periodic table in and out. By taking AP chemistry, my knowledge on

these topics have grown immensely. Personal characteristics that I possess that will help me in

my field are friendliness, ability to work well with others, and determination. Faith has impacted

my experiences because it helps me to keep going and strive further when the works starts to

build up and become overwhelming.
