Parthenon

The Parthenon is a former temple which was dedicated


to goddess Athena, where the people of Athens
considered their patron. The Construction started on 447
BC and ended on 432 BC. The architects who made or
designed the Parthenon are Iktinos and Callicrates. The
Parthenon also visual illusions to make it appear perfect
looking at it

Cathédrale Notre-Dame
This structure is a medieval catholic cathedral which is
located in Paris, France. It is considered as one of the
best examples of French gothic architecture due to its
form and intricate features. The building was completed
on the year 1345. r, King louis VII of France wanted to
build monuments to show Paris’ economic/political
status as well as its cultural capital of France.

St Peter’s Basilica
The structure was designed y Bramante, Michael
Angelo, carlo Maderno and Gian Lorenzo berini and it
is own of the most renowned examples of renaissance
architecture. It is also considered as one of the holiest
catholic shrines. The construction started on 18th April
1506 and the structure was completed in the year 1626.
