    Minimum Evidence Requirements

    Level 2
    1. Copy of site induction
    2. Copy of site rules
    3. Copy of working drawings
    4. Copy of toolbox talk (must be signed)X4
    5. Works programme
    6. Witness testimony.
    7. Method Statements / Risk Assessments RAMS
    8.Pictures oy your work site to include: welfare facilities,
    fire points, first aid points, induction room, site office, safe
    walking routes and how they are identified, waste points,
    security/entrance to site and procedures
    9. Pictures of you working at least 25 covering a range of
    different tasks, using a range of different tools and health
    and safety equipment, all pictures should include you
    wearing the correct PPE/RPE
    10. 5 short videos(1minute) with you working
