Method-Statement Form

A method statement and stand plan approval form is provided for an exhibition organizer. Exhibitors must submit stand plans and indicate if their structure exceeds 4m in height or includes a raised platform over 600mm high. The document outlines general requirements for safe working including conducting a risk assessment, design safety standards, appointing a responsible person, providing staff training, and maintaining drawings and risk assessments on site. Exhibitors must also describe their methods for electrical safety, loading/unloading, erecting large structures, lifting components, reducing trip hazards, and any other safety matters. Submitting the completed form ensures exhibitors have planned for construction and deconstruction in a safe manner according to the organizer's expectations.
