firing. Even this too can be related to the propeller. Let us go deeper
into the analysis.
Sentence one talks about the gross way of pulling a propeller. Sentence
4 is about the subtle way of doing the same thing. When he did this,
the old engine came to life. 1, 4 and five are connected. Having
accomplished such a great feat this man walks back to his airplane
without ado and talks to a girl. This fact is sentence 3.
Sentence 2 is the odd one. It talks about some technical detail about a
propeller.

the Travel Air needed 1000, 1300 feet.
2. 500 feet by 1300 feet was the length and breadth of a paddy field
that was lined with trees where the fleet of birds could be seen
chirping and flying hither and thither.
3. Though Travel Air carried two passengers at a time it also weighed
twice as much as a Fleet; it needed much more field to take off
from the ground and land.
4. The Fleet was accessible to small fields, fields the size one is more
likely to discover close to town.
5. Travel-Air is a beautiful airplane but very big for real tough
barnstorming.

and jump off the aircraft.

everybody else and the whole thing was like some movie script,
some theatre act.
4. There was a brown stain on the back of Donald’s golf pants.
5. I saw, yet I did not care about him nor was I not angered or
shocked or stupefied.

5. The Good Friday Agreement had ensured peace on the island since 1998 and hence both the
EU and the UK do not want a hard border between Northern and Southern Ireland.

technology to win in Cambodia. So possibly the

winter session and it has a beautiful and ornate legislative building built in 2012.
2. To appease the notion of neglect in the northern part of Karnataka, Chief
Minister Kumaraswamy wants to declare Belagavi as the second capital of the
state.
3. A vociferous bandh call for separate statehood for North Karnataka was
countered by Kumaraswamy and the shriek petered out.
4. Upa Lokayukta and some information commissioners are moved to Belagavi and
many more strong and similar moves can be expected shortly

becoming the CM. This sentence is not related to

1. NCW is right to be bothered about sexual misuse by religious establishments but

its remedy is wholly injudicious.
2. This comment has been met with wrath and shock by the Church bodies across
India and even the Central Minister KJ Alphons wants the stupid suggestion to be
summarily dismissed.
3. Blackmail and sexual exploitation were resorted to by four priests of the
Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, and a Christian nun was raped by a
Jalandhar bishop.
4. Most of the time during confessions, what the confessor says, a Christian Priest

Modi for the swearing-in ceremony, and the enticing possibility came to naught
when the PM’s office repudiated the contention.
2. When Imran Khan takes oath as the next PM of Pakistan, former Indian cricket
stars Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar and Sindhu will be applauding him from a very
short distance.
3. The cricketer-turned-politician in an interview asked: “When trouble engulfs
Nawaz Shariff, the tension along Pakistan’s borders tends to increase and the
terrorist’s attacks seem to rise and I do not know why?”
4. By the act of inviting his Indian cricket contemporaries and friends, it is possible
that India and Pakistan will enter a new phase where camaraderie and mutual
respect will prevail.
5. When Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif attended Modi’s swearing-in ceremony, the
similar expectation was kindled between the two countries but the hopes ended

4. In one corner the drawings were neatly kept one above the other and
she thought that he valued more the pictures and less the humans.
5. For him, his drawings were the most valuable possession that he had,
and he would never swap it for even a ton of gold or a prime property in

Now the third sentence is somewhat complicated. It says it
looked as if he never decided anything on his own. For a
person who never wanted shelves and sofas and chairs and
ornaments to please people and win appreciation from others
this statement does not make sense. It is the odd one. He is
not the type who will listen to others or he will allow others to
decide for him.
