Fraud and Whistleblower Policy

1. Writer Corporation is committed to the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior, promoting a
corporate culture that adheres to these values and zero tolerance for fraud both inside and outside of the
company.

2. Writer Corporation is also committed to an honest, open and well-intentioned working environment where
people are confident to raise their concerns without fear of reprisal, retaliation, discrimination or any kind of
harassment.

3. Every staff of Writer Corporation has a key role to play in the prevention, detection and reporting of fraud
and thus to be vigilant at all times and to report any concerns they may have at the earliest opportunity.

4. Every person working with / for Writer Corporation has a responsibility to report any fraudulent act /
unethical / improper practice perpetrated for personal profit or to gain some unfair advantage; of the
following nature; committed by any person working with / for Writer Corporation:

 Manipulation of Company data / records  Misappropriation / misuse of cash, funds, goods,


 False or improper accounting securities, supplies or other assets including
 Knowingly providing false, deceptive, embezzlement / stealing
misleading incorrect or incomplete  Profiteering or take advantage as a result of
information insider knowledge of the company
 Disclosure of confidential / proprietary  Bribe or kickbacks
information to unauthorized people  Stealing, misuse, destruction, removal (without
 Forgery, alteration, destruction or removal of specific authorization) of company’s assets
Company’s document or information

5. The Complaint reported should be accompanied with proof related to any of the above act / practice/s.
The reporting can be done via

6. The Complaint should not be frivolous in nature. It should not be based on conjecture or hearsay. If
known false disclosures / complaints are made then the same shall be subject to disciplinary action as
may be deemed fit by the Executive Committee.

7. In case of being informed of the above actions taken by a person against whom the complaint is made;
or any employee / customer / vendor / service provider; Writer Corporation reserves the right to take
appropriate course of action against the said person.

8. The Complainant and the person suspected are expected to extend support and help in any enquiry /
investigation. The Complainant is requested not to:

 contact the suspected individual to collect facts


 conduct investigations / enquiry / interview
 maintain anonymity and do not discuss the case with anyone
