JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:

 Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations using Tally accounting software.
 Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
 Preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts and analyze monthly operating results versus budget and
latest
 estimates and reporting any variances to the management.
 Ensure effective internal controls associated with revenue & collections processes are in place and
continuously Monitoring
 Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
 Proper recording of daily transaction (sales, purchases & expenses etc).
 Prepare Monthly Payroll for employees.
 Managing and keeping record of business.
 Pass journal entries and its posting to accounts in General Ledger and Trial balance.’’
 Prepare and review financial statements. i.e sheet, profit & Loss account, Cash flow statement and
statement of changes in equity and Notes to the financial statements
 Manage petty cash and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts.
