HOW TO SET-UP YOUR PASSWORD ONLINE
1. Navigate to [Link]
2. Click Register User
3. Enter Beaumont Health ID
4. Click Log In button

HOW TO ACCESS CBTS ONLINE
1. Physicians can access the oneChart Training Center though the physicians web page, Beaumont Doctor
Online, at [Link]
• NOTE: This will ONLY work when you are onsite.
2. Click the Tech Support button
3. Click Training
4. Note: The oneChart Training Center (IT Learning Center) may also be accessed from a Beaumont
hospital computer.
• On a Beaumont computer, open Internet Explorer > Inside Beaumont home page.
• Click the oneChart link
• Click IT Training Center
5. Click Start the login process.

6. Enter your User Name and Password
7. Click View my CBTs.
8. Overview of the CBT page:
• There are two tabs available: Current and Transcript. Be sure to check both tabs if you are
unable to find a CBT you are looking for.
• CBTs are listed with Status, Test Name, Duration, Started, Completed, Incomplete Pre-
Requisite, and Actions.
• A green check mark indicates that the status is complete.
• A red check indicates that the status is incomplete.
• Clicking on Start in the Actions column will run the CBT for the first time
• Clicking on Restart in the Actions column will restart the CBT.
• IMPORTANT – Click FINISH button at the end of each CBT lesson.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES
1. Physicians can access the oneChart Training Center through the physician’s web page, Beaumont
Doctor Online, at [Link] .

• On a Beaumont computer, open Internet Explorer > Inside Beaumont home page.
• Click the oneChart link
• Click IT Training Center

9. Click on Find a Date next to the class of your choice
10. Identify desired course date/time, and click Add.

HOW TO ACCESS THE IT TRAINING CENTER WHILE
OFF SITE
1. Open a new browser window (Internet Explorer works best).
2. Type [Link]
3. Enter your Beaumont Username and Password
4. Once the portal validates your information, it will navigate you to the Web Apps. Make sure you select the APPS
5. You will see all the APPS that are available to you. The apps you see may be different from the ones you see
here.
6. Double click on the IT Training Center.

HOW TO LOGIN TO THE ONECHART TRAINING
ENVIRONMENT
After completing your assigned computer based training (CBTs) modules or classroom training, you can access
the FUN Training Environment. This will allow you to practice the functions/workflows you have learned using
practice (fake) patients.
To access the FUN Training Environment:
• From your Windows’ Desktop, double-click the Beaumont Web Apps icon.
o If you do not have the Beaumont Web Apps icon, type [Link] into the
address bar of Internet Explorer.
• Type your Username and Password
o Your Username could be any one of the following:
▪ Bh Number
▪ Workforce ID
▪ DR Number
o Use Password Self-Service if you have forgotten or need a password.
▪ Inside Beaumont Homepage > Online Tools > Password Self-Service
• Click Log On or press Enter on the keyboard.
• Click oneChart Testing & Training folder if displayed.
o This folder may not appear if previously selected.
• Click Epic Fun icon
• Login to FUN using generic User ID and Password.
• A list of generic Hospital Logins for FUN are on the
oneChart Education Page.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ONECHART INTERNAL WEBSITE
1. Physicians can access the Physicians/Providers oneChart Website through, [Link]
2. Follow the login instructions
3. Select the website of choice from the tabs at the top of the page.

CONNECTING A WORKSTATION TO CITRIX RECEIVER
Download Citrix Receiver:
Open a web browser, Internet Explorer is recommended, and navigate to [Link] OR
open the App store and search for “Citrix Receiver”.
Click Download Receiver for Windows:
Select the check box to agree to the Citrix License Agreement, then click Continue:
When prompted, run the “[Link]” file
Note: The message may vary depending on the web browser you are using.

Click Save File and it will appear in the “downloads” folder. Double click the file from the “downloads” folder.

To continue with installing, click Yes to allow the install to begin:
Click Install:
After the installation is complete, check the icon tray to verify the icon is displayed:
Note: If you do not see the Citrix Receiver icon, restart your PC and check your icon tray again.

CONNECTING CITRIX ON A WORKSTATION
Open a web browser and navigate to [Link]
Enter your Username and Password for the Beaumont network and click Log On
When you log into [Link] , you will only see your primary apps or apps that you add. If
you do not see an app listed, there are two ways to find the app and add it to the workspace:
You can add apps to your main screen by either using the search bar or clicking the plus sign on the left of the
screen.
Click All Apps and select the app that you want displayed on your main screen. Notice there is a scroll bar on
the right hand side of the list of apps.
Once you click on the app, it will place itself onto your main screen workspace automatically.

ACCESSING THE PORTAL AND ONECHART FROM
DESKTOP
1. Click on the Beaumont Physical Portal icon on your desktop OR in your web browser enter
[Link]
Note: The icon on your desktop may be named differently depending on how it was originally created.
2. Enter your Beaumont Username and Password and click ‘Log On’
3. Once the portal validates your information, it will navigate to your main screen of the portal. Click on
oneChart-oneContact to launch the application.
4. Epic Hyperspace will launch. Enter your Beaumont Username and Password and click
‘Log In’
5. Be sure that the correct department appears and click ‘OK’ to access your department.

a. Note: If the correct department does not appear, click on the magnify glass and choose the
correct department.
6. To exit the portal, click the lock in the upper right corner.

OFFICES- INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOGGING INTO THE FUN
ENVIRONMENT
After completing your assigned computer based training (CBTs) modules you can access the FUN training
environment to practice the functions/workflows you have learned on ‘fake’ patients.
To access the FUN training environment:
1. From your Window’s Desktop, click on the Beaumont Web Apps icon.
a. If you do not have the Beaumont Web icon, type [Link] into the address
bar of Internet Explorer.
b. Type your Username and Password.
i. Employees – Type your Beaumont (Oracle/Novell) Username and Password.
ii. If you have forgotten or need a password, use
Password Self Service by navigating from Inside
Beaumont Homepage > Online Tools > Password
Self Service.
c. Click on the FUN icon
i. Note: You may have to click on the oneChart
Testing and Training folder to see the FUN icon.
d. CitrixMetaFrame will begin connecting (no action
required).
e. Log on to Hyperspace using the generic User ID and
Password.
