Fasten off

Cat Head
Round 1: MR, 6sc in ring (6sc)
Round 2: 2sc in every sc (12sc)
Round 3: *1sc, 2 sc in next sc* 6x (18sc)
Fasten off

Cat body
Round 1: MR, 6sc in ring (6sc)
Round 2: 2sc in every sc (12sc)
Round 3: *1sc, 2 sc in next sc* 6x (18sc)
Round 4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next sc* 6x (24sc)
Round 5: *3 sc, 2 sc in next sc* 6x (30sc)
Round 6: *4 sc, 2 sc in next sc* 6x (36sc)
Fasten off, sew the head onto the body

Tail
Join at the bottom of the cats body. This will be the beginning of the tail
Round 1 – 4: 3 sc
Round 5: 2 sc (the last sc will be SKIPPED!)
Round 6: 2 sc
Round 7: 3 sc (the skipped sc is the third sc, the tail will start to turn)
Round 8: 3 sc
Round 9: 1 sc, 2 sc together
Round 10: 1 sc (skip the second)
Round 11: 1 sc
round 12: 2 sc (the skipped sc is the second sc)
Round 13 – 16: 2sc
Round 17: 2sc together
Fasten off

Ears (2x)
Join on the head, make sure there are three sc between both ears
Round 1: 3sc, 1 Tch
Round 2: 3sc
Round 3: 1sc, 2 sc together
Round 4: 2 sc together.

Sew the cat onto the bookmark, and you’re done!
