Fiscal year 2017 was a good year for our urban rental centers with our total rental income
reaching $613,094. Flint had the highest income with $248,505, Jackson came in the second with
$199,789 and Petosky was third with $164,850.

As we discussed in our recent off-site planning meeting, in the next year, we will focus more
attention on increasing rental income at the Jackson center and possibly adding a fourth rental
center in Midland.
