Table 3 presents the results of the quantitative analysis of anti-streptolysin O titers in the
experimental groups. It can be perceived from the table that the baseline data are 0 IU/mL or
negative for all the concentrations.
On the other hand, after exposing the laboratory animals to the microorganism, it can be seen
that the Sprague-Dawley rats produced a titer of 320 IU/mL of anti-streptolysin O on a 1:2
concentration, while a negative result was yielded from 1:4 to 1:32 concentration.
Lastly, it can also be seen from the table that the same level of antibody was produced on a 1:2
concentration after the treatment. Likewise, a significant increase of the titer was observed on
the 1:8.
