the election laws ofthe State of Connecticut have been violated in the following manner,

place and time, as specified below:

A local online news media source, Bethel Advocate, has uncovered information that Raghib Allie-Brennan,
a candidate for State Representative in the 2nd Assembly District, has been using a vacant home owned by
his parents as his residence for the purpose of his campaign and voting.
The media source confirmed with local realtors that the home has been vacant foz the last few years, and
was Iisted as vacant at the time Alle-Brennan filed with the SEEC. Alle-Brennan also remains registered to
vote that the address voted in the recent primary election. It is rumored that Alle-Brennan is maintaining
his residence with his mother in Southbury, CT and staying with friends to give the appearance of living in
his assembly district.
The reason for the comp3aint is the his use of a vacant home as his address on his SEEC filing on
12/27/17 and as his voting address for the 2018 primary and general elections would be a violation oflaw.
