Limitation

The limitation of this thesis depends on the operation and involved


components. The following facts are the limitation of this thesis.

 Taking many time to cut medium and large area of grass


 Size of the robot is small
 Running time is low
 Needing dustman because robot has not contained trash bag
 Low rang controlling for using Bluetooth module
 Needing controller because robot applies Semi-automatic system

Future work

Grass cutter robot can be modifying to apply full-automatic


system. The future works of the grass cutter robot are the following.

 Using IMU sensor to reduce human force and guiding robot


 Increasing wheels size and motor rpm rate
 Grass cutting, leveling, and saving residuals
 Applying not only home appliances but also stadiums, Golf-class
and other commercial appliances
 Improving battery life-time and running time of robot
