RAPE INCIDENT

That at about 6:00 PM of January 2, 2019, one Catherina Gray of San Francisco, Legazpi City,
appeared in this station and reported a rape incident which happened at San Francisco, Legazpi City. The
accused was identified as Cardo Dalisay, 40 years old, also a resident of San Francisco, Legazpi, known to
Ms. Gray, being a co-farmer of his grandfather.

Initial investigation conducted based on the allegations of the person who appeared here in this
station disclosed that Catherina Gray, the alleged victim, 23 years old was walking through the rice field
to run some errands when the accused approached her from behind, punched her in the abdomen and
hit her in the head with a rod-like object. The victim fell on the ground and pretended to be dead to
avoid sustaining more injuries. The accused then initiated acts to rape the victim and subsequently
succeeded. Incident occurred on or about 1900H, January 1, 2019.
