SUBJECT : INVESTIGATION REPORT RE: Alleged Rape Incident at

Purok 14-A,Brgy.Pag-asa,Mahayahay, Iligan City
DATE : July, 11, 2019

I. AUTHORITY:

II. MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED:

3. To determine circumstances surrounding the alleged rape
incident at Purok 14-A,Brgy.Pag Asa,Mahayahay,Iligan
City.
4. To determine the motive of the incident.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

5. On July 11, 2019 around 1800H at P-14-A,Brgy.Pag
Asa,Mahayahay,IliganCity a rape incident transpired wherein
victim identified as one Elizabeth y, De leon a.k.a “Ana” 18 age,
single, student and presently residing at P-14-A,Brgy.Pag
Asa,Mahayahay, Iligan City was allegedly raped by the suspect
identified as one Benten A, Lion a.k.a “Dodong” 30 years old,
married and and presently residing at P-10-A,Brgy.Mangga,
Mahayahay, Iligan City.
6. Initial investigation conducted reveal that identified as a certain
a witness johny P. Manabat a.k.a "John" 18 years old, student
and a resident of the same said place averred that while the
 victim walking along the pavement at Mahayahay, Iligan City
suddenly Dodong blocked her way and declared his evil motive
and successfully raped the said victim.
7. Immediately, elements of the station went to the foresaid place
to conduct by the herein investigation immediately surveillance
to lead the solution of the case.
8. On the sworn affidavit of the accused that he was attending a
party at Timoga resort.
9. On the sworn affidavit of witness stating that she was present
and personally saw the suspect take her into the abandoned
house.
IV. DISCUSSION:
10. With regards to the investigation the suspect was liable to
the criminal act because there is an very strong evidence
against the suspect like Cal. 45 and 5 live ammunition.
V. CONCLUSION:
11. Wherefore, after careful perusal surrounding the
circumstances, the investigation find a cogent reason that the
suspect is probably guilty of the oppose charged.It could be
remind and that a crime or rape as provided by R.A 8353 the
following elements are presents
1. Carnal Knowledge
2.Sexual Assault
12. The reason of the accused is not acceptable to the court
according to the evidence the suspect was it seems like a lied of
what he said from his affidavit.
VI. RECOMMENDATION:
13. In the view of the foregoing, the investigation would like
recommended that let the criminal changes may lodge against
the suspect for the crime of rape as described allowed.
