- Telephone call received from Marcio Valencia Pergis, Neighborhood of a victim at about 12:00 PM of
11 august 2019 informing that SOCO is needed to assist the happened stabbed in pag asa st pasig city

A. FACTS OF THE CASE

The our SOCO team leader received a call from our witnessed which is Marcio Valencia
Pergis
at 12:00 pm and 11 august 2019, and our witnessed Marcio Pergis requesting for SOCO to
assist the victim stabbed in Pag-asa St Pasig city, and our team leader is arrived after the call
received.

Upon the arrival team of SOCO. The first respondent Rico Bernante call the police PO1 Gia
Serrano response to the crime scene and assist and interview immediately the witnessed and
identified the suspect while the team SOCO is on the way.

Information Gathered the neighbor hoods of the victim which is Marcio Valencia Pergis
that around 12:00PM and at 11 August 2019 and he see the all happened until the victim
hanging on the floor and the first respondent call a Police PO1 OR PATROL WOMEN GIA
SERRANO to make sure that the surrounding or the public safety and made the proper
coordination.

The team SOCO have reach the Pag-asa St, and they proceed the crime scene by taking
photographs , note taking the information the witnessed and collect the pieces of evidence use
to the crime. the crime scened is under invitation
