• As a MSR1 for P1FCU we are responsible for helping all members of P1FCU with their daily banking
transactions. We must be able to help them also by opening and closing accounts, help with credit card
applications and be able to answer any questions they may have.
Teller; JPMorgan Chase, Moscow ID May 2017 — October 2018
• Working at Chase all Tellers must be able to complete all daily transactions for clients. A teller must be
able to run deposits, withdraws, payments and transfers. We must help clients with using new
technological applications such as the Chase app, mobile deposits quick pay with Zelle, and bill pay. We
must also assist bankers by providing referrals for new accounts, and credit card applications.
