• Organizing the defensive players to prepare them for game situations by teaching them a
personalized system of plays and philosophies.
• Coordinating with defensive positional coaches to assess the skills of each player in order to
implement strategic practice plans to target areas of improvement.
• Overseeing academic performance of student athletes.
