About the WHIN’s MT Program:

Water Health’s Management Trainee program known as Boot Camp is a one year training program which
aims at developing home grown talent for the burgeoning business wherein the fresh business school
graduates are groomed to take up larger responsibilities in the organization. The program aims at
rigorous training and development of individuals who face the real challenges of corporate world and
endeavor to emerge out as a successful Boot Camp qualifier.

Objective of the Program:

1. To ensure that all Management Trainees receive effective development and hands-on
experiences.
2. To provide a challenging opportunity to Management Trainees to deliver high impact business
projects.

Selection Process:

The selection of trainees is done through


Stage I: Group discussion
Stage II: Personal Interview

Program Duration: One year

Program Contents:

1. Induction program - Classroom and On-field learning facilitated by the HR and functional
managers.
Duration: One month
2. Cross Functional Projects - Trainees are assigned projects across functions, not limited to their
area of specialization. Review on performance post project completion is held by project
leader. Projects and performance to be documented by HR.
Duration: 5 months

3. Roles assigned in specialized function.


Duration: 6 months
4. Review of performance by Leadership team upon completion of one year.

Career Path:

Upon successful completion of the program tenure the Management Trainees would be taken under
level 9 (Senior Executive) and growth would depend on individual performance and as per applicable
policy

Compensation Offered:

Compensation offered during the training period is 2.00 - 3.15 lakhs per annum as fixed salary including
contribution to PF.
15% will be paid on successful completion of training which will be the variable component; of which
80% will be based on Individual performance and 20% on company’s performance

Eligibility:
Final semester students awaiting their results /passing out in 2011
