Ref : This office Memo No. 42/SDLRO.DGP/2019 dated 09.01.2019.

Reference above, you were issued letters for surrender of quarter, which is still held by you, post
retirement, being unlawful as per Government statutes.

It is unfortunate to note that you have failed to respond till date to the referred memo despite
sufficient time allowed for doing so.

You are therefore directed to show cause why departmental proceedings will not be contemplated
and/or initiated against you for such willful negligence on your part to comply with instruction of the authority
amounting to dereliction of Government duty.

Your reply should reach the undersigned within 7 (seven) days of receipt of this memo.
