Dear Sir or Madam,
T'm writing to complain about a pair of
trainers I bought at your shop on High
Street on 15th May.
5
I tried the trainers on in the shop and they
were fine. But when I wore them at home,
they were very uncomfortable. Then I
noticed that one trainer was bigger than
the other.
Iwent back to the shop the same day, but
the shop assistant refused to change the
trainers, because I didn’t have the receipt.
It was the same shop assistant who sold 6
them to me and I know he’s very busy, but
was surprised that he didn’t remember me.
It’s impossible for me to wear the trainers,
and I think I’m entitled to a refund, Please
let me know when and how I can get my
money back. I look forward to hearing from
you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Dylan Jones
