As Participant of The 7th IndoEBTKE ConEx 2018, we hereby agree to obey the following rules:
a) Application and Contract Form should be returned to marketing@indoebtkeconex.com within 3 (three) working days
b) The organizer will respond your email as feedback. Sponsorship's participant is valid after the FORM is signed by the person mentioned above and submit it to the
organizer.
c) Any type of signed form sent via email or fax has the same legal condition with the original document.
d) Full payment (100%) shall be made not later than 1 (one) month after the invoice is issued.
e) Cancellation requested by Participant shall be submitted to the organizer in writing, completed with appropriate reason. The following terms and conditions apply:
- 60% cancellation penalty to any cancellation made prior to 29 June 2018.
- 100% cancellation penalty to any cancellation made after to 29 June 2018.
