Clients mainly included Healthcare HME (home/durable medical equipment) suppliers, home healthcare
providers and specialty pharmacies across the country. I led cross-functional teams on strategic products
and initiatives. I was instrumental to the integration team merging key products and services as ResMed
acquired Brightree.
I drove the following results: nearly doubled our call center volume, increased YOY revenue by solid double
digits, enabled new client services most notably including revenue cycle management OCR, patient bill pay
with collections outsourcing and contact center enhancements which cut operational costs nearly in half.
My portfolio included complete electronic medical records management, revenue cycle, call center, patient
portal with e-commerce/bill pay, fully automated online eligibility and claims processing, Medicare audit
response, full accounting ledgers, sophisticated enterprise inventory control, point-of-sale, eFax, document
management, extensibility/interoperability/APIs, complete security, and much more.
I defined and executed on business cases expanding our capabilities with new products/services, pricing,
automation & process improvements. I dramatically improved product quality and customer engagement
starting and running a robust customer advisory board. Then I delivered major innovations, successfully
built out a native cloud based/SaaS platform with an integrated mobile app on Android and iOS for patients.
I ran a fast-paced, agile process environment doing monthly sprints with internationally distributed
development teams.
