that he be permitted to intervene in this case as a party plaintiff on the ground that
he has legal interests in the matter under litigation, and that he may be adversely
affected in these proceedings as shown in the attached Complain-in-Intervention.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that RICHARD ROMERO be

allowed to intervene as party plaintiff and the attached complaint in intervention be
admitted and that herein intervenor be allowed to serve a copy of the same to the
defendant.
