MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

through the undersigned counsel for purposes of this motion only, unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully state THAT:

1. The respondents were presently detained at the National Bureau

of Investigation (, pending the hearing of this case and that this
case has been raffled to this Honorable Court;
2. The Resolution of the Honorable Office of the City Prosecutor has
fixed the bail of the respondents at the amount of

3. The respondents are not affluent in life and currently have no
savings;
4. The respondents are asking for the reduction of bail to half of the
